Where is Chris - Winter Scenery

This morning we woke up to several inches of snow.  The weatherman had forecast it, but we didn't think it would really happen.   This winter scene is quite common in today's destination.   Can you guess where Chris is?

The kids have been off from school and staying inside houses for at least a month now in most states.  Isn't it time for a snow day?   Today, let them decide what they want to do with our daily puzzle.  #KeepTheKidsEngaged
