We have been cruising for more than 30 years on more than 50 cruises. We are often asked what our favorite cruise was. That is a very difficult question to answer. The following are among our favorites. Many more stories can be found if you explore our blog archives. We hope you enjoy your visit - we welcome your feedback and questions. We selected the 15 day itinerary from Melbourne based on cabin availability in the cabin class we were looking for. Due to the COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus) epidemic, our cruise was terminated in Perth, Australia (cancelling the segment from Perth to Singapore). During our Southeast Asia Voyage we took advantage of the book onboard and anniversary sale to plan our next cruise. New Zealand was identified as a popular destination for 2019, so in order to bring our clients first-hand experiences of this destination and the latest ship from Princess Cruises, Majestic Princess, this was the cruise we selected. Follow along on our journey to the land down under. Additional photos can be found on our Australia & New Zealand Shutterfly page View Our Other Shutterfly Share Pages |

We love exploring new destinations from our bucket list as well as revisiting some of our favorites. January is prime time for snowbirds in the states to escape to warmer climates. For most people, the first choices for winter getaways are Florida and the Caribbean. We suggest broadening your horizon and exploring more of the world. It's quite warm in Southeast Asia and you'll be immersed in sights, sounds, food, and culture of this Asian destination. If you are intrigued, follow us on our journey. We arrived in Santiago, Chile on January 18, 2017. For the next 14 days, we explored South America including the countries of Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, and the Falkland Islands. The Rhine flows through six countries (Austria, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, France, Germany and The Netherlands). We began our journey in Zurich, Switzerland and ultimately ended up in Amsterdam, Netherlands. This diary begins with our arrival in Zurich, Switzerland, where we had a day of touring on our own. The following day we had another complete day of sightseeing on our pre-cruise excursion before arriving in Basel where we boarded Avalon Artistry II. Over one hundred fifty years ago, a man wrote about his quest that took him to a place where he would discover how life evolved thousands of years ago.
Travel with us as we follow in his footsteps and discover a land that is inhabited by species that can be found nowhere else on earth.
Come with us on our Celebrity Xpeditions adventure that begins in Quito, Ecauador where we had the opportunity to visit local sites including the Equatorial Line Monument. Here you can stand on a line between the two hemispheres.

10 Day Polynesia / Cook Islands Cruise Tahitian Princess April 17 - 27, 2004 Click on the image for more Blog posts about this trip.
Our 10 Day Polynesia / Cook Islands Cruise began in Papeete with an overnight stay before sailing the next day. Click on the Blog Posts and Shuttefly Photo Albums to virtually journey with us on our trip. When you think about Tahiti, what images come to mind? For me, the images included palm trees, Tahitian huts, blue skies with puffy clouds, and many shades of crystal clear blue water. All of that and more was waiting for us in the French Polynesian islands. We highly recommend a Tahitian cruise for a trip of a lifetime.
