Where is Chris - Beach Day

Today's mystery destination takes us to the beach.  In many parts of the world, spring breakers were enjoying themselves at a beach.  This is not the typical beach destination, so you will need to put on your thinking caps to guess this location.   As usual, we'll reveal the answer tomorrow.
