There are still two months left in the 2012 Atlantic Hurricane season and the Atlantic hasn't given any signs that storms are over. Tropical Storm Oscar formed between Cape Verde and the Leeward Islands in the Atlantic basin. The storm isn't expected to last as long, contrasting that with Nadine which lasted from September 11th until October 3rd.
