LISA BECOMES A REMNANT LOW... 
  
There are no tropical cyclones at this time.

Lisa has strengthened into a Category ONE Hurricane but there are no watches or warnings active for this storm at this time.  Assuming that the tropical cyclone continues on its predicted path, it should run into more stable air and colder ocean temperatures which favor the deterioration of the storm, possibly quite rapidly.
